A few tips for the sharpest result: Designs print edge-to-edge, so extend artwork fully to the bleed to avoid blank margins. Placement can shift slightly, so avoid tiny elements right on the edges or seams. Upload the highest-resolution PNG you have — 300 DPI or better gives the sharpest result. Keep important text and detail inside the safe area, away from the edges.

Because every personalized item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Your happiness still matters, though — if anything's wrong with your order (a defect, a misprint, damage in transit, or a package that never arrives), reach out within 7 business days of delivery and we'll make it right, in most cases with a free replacement.
