Return & Refund Policy

The short version

Every piece in our studio is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. But if your order arrives defective, misprinted, damaged — or never arrives at all — we'll make it right, in most cases with a free replacement. Just reach out within 7 business days of delivery.

Made to order, made for you

We don't keep shelves of stock. Each item is produced individually after you place your order — many with your own photos, names, and personal touches. Because a personalized, made-to-order piece can't be restocked or resold, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different size preference, or a design you no longer want after production has started.

What we'll always make right

We stand behind the quality of everything that leaves our studio. You're fully covered when your order is:

  • Defective — a flaw in the material, print quality, or construction.

  • Misprinted — the design, text, or placement differs from what you ordered or approved, or you received the wrong item or size.

  • Damaged in transit — it arrived torn, cracked, broken, or stained.

  • Lost in transit — tracking shows your order never arrived.

How to submit a claim

Please submit your claim within 7 business days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. For orders lost in transit, submit within 7 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window.

  • Include your order number.

  • For defects, misprints, or damage: attach clear photos of the item showing the issue (for damage claims, please include the packaging too).

  • For personalization issues: tell us what you expected versus what you received.

We usually respond within 1 business day.

How we resolve it

In most cases we'll produce and ship a free replacement at no cost to you. Where a replacement isn't the right answer, we may offer a full or partial refund instead — every claim is reviewed individually, so the exact resolution can vary case by case. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Do I need to send anything back?

Usually not — for most claims you can keep or donate the item; there's no need to post it back. If we ever do need the item returned, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. You will never pay return shipping for an issue that's on us.

What isn't covered

  • A change of mind, or selecting the wrong size or color at checkout — please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

  • Errors in personalization details you provided (for example, a typo in a name or date). If you spot a mistake, contact us right away — if production hasn't started yet, we can usually fix it for free.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

  • Slight color variation between your screen and the printed product — every screen displays color a little differently.

  • Damage caused by washing or care that doesn't follow the care instructions.

Even when something isn't covered, please still reach out — we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.

Changes and cancellations

Because production begins quickly after checkout, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Before production starts we can usually update details or cancel with a full refund; once your item has been printed, the policy above applies.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
