Custom Napkins With Your Names, Logo or Photo

Custom napkins put a couple's names and wedding date on the bar, a company logo on the tables at a launch, or a monogram at a dinner party, and this shelf covers both the kind used once and the kind laid again and again.

How personalizing works

  1. Pick the giftAny piece here. Order one, or many of the same.
  2. Send a logo, photo or noteUpload a file, write us a note, or both.
  3. Approve your proofWe design it and email you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Same logo on every piece: order one or many, no minimum.

For events there are printed paper napkins in two styles: white coined napkins, with a pattern pressed into the paper around the edge, and uncoined napkins with a plain edge. For the dinner table there is a four-napkin set, a cotton twill napkin and a poly twill napkin. Prices run 211,43 kr–382,67 kr depending on the napkin. Paper suits a wedding, a shower, a birthday or a cocktail party where the napkins are part of the decoration; the twill napkins suit a table that is set every week, a restaurant, or a gift for someone who loves to host. Upload your names, logo or photo, or add a note; we set the layout and email you a proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Paper napkins or twill napkins

The white coined napkins and the uncoined napkins are printed paper napkins for an event: the coined ones have a pattern pressed into the border, the uncoined ones a plain, flat edge. Names, a date, a monogram or a small illustration print in full colour on the paper, and the guide to printing on paper and card explains how photos and fine detail reproduce on paper.

For the dinner table, the cotton twill napkin is printed on the cloth before it is cut and sewn, as the guide to printing fabric on the roll explains. The poly twill napkin and the four-napkin set take colour bonded into the fabric, which shows brightest on a light base; the guide to colour bonded into fabric shows why.

Napkins for a wedding, a party or a restaurant table

For a wedding or a party, put the couple's names and the date, a monogram or a simple drawing on the paper napkins, and repeat it on custom coasters for the bar and candles for the tables. A dinner table laid every week pairs twill napkins with custom placemats and a serving tray. A restaurant, a bar or a venue ordering napkins for every table can start from the bulk and group orders page.

Custom Napkins With Your Names, Logo or Photo — common questions

Should I choose paper or twill custom napkins?
Paper for a single event, such as a wedding, a shower or a cocktail party, where the napkins are used once and carry names or a date. Twill for a table you set again and again: the cotton twill napkin, the poly twill napkin and the four-napkin set are fabric napkins that come back out for the next meal.
What does coined mean on a paper napkin?
A coined napkin has a pattern pressed into the paper around its edge, a textured border that frames the printed design. Uncoined napkins have a plain, flat edge. Both are printed paper napkins, so the choice is about the look of the border, not what can be printed.
What can be printed on custom wedding napkins?
The couple's names, the wedding date, a monogram, a short line such as a toast or a hashtag, or a small drawing of the venue or the couple's dog. Make it one file, check how it sits on the napkin on the proof, and approve it before anything is printed.
How does the cotton twill napkin differ from the poly twill napkin?
The fibre. The cotton twill napkin is cotton, printed on the cloth before the napkin is cut and sewn. The poly twill napkin is polyester, and its colour is bonded into the fabric, which suits a design with strong colour on a light background. Choose cotton for a natural fibre on the table.
Can a bar or a restaurant print its logo on napkins?
Yes, on either kind: the paper napkins for the bar, a launch or an event, and the twill napkins for the dining room. One logo file covers the whole order, and the bulk and group orders page linked above explains how orders for every table work.
