Every piece is made to order just for you. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, then shipping time is added on top based on where it ships from and your address. Because each item is produced on demand, this is a live estimate that can shift a little during busy seasons.

Where does my order ship from?

This item is made and shipped from our fulfillment location in United States. If your colour or size is ever temporarily out of stock there, we may fulfill your order from another of our locations rather than making you wait.

Can I personalize it?

Can I see a proof before you print my order?

Yes, if you ask for one. In your cart, choose "Email me a proof first" for this item and we'll email you a proof, then start printing only once you approve it. If you choose "Print it as is", we prepare your design from what you send us without a proof email.

How do I get the best result?

A few tips for the sharpest result: Bold, simple shapes with a little space between them stitch cleanest. Fewer colours and clear outlines give the sharpest result — up to 6 colours are reproduced. Photos and gradients don’t translate well here — bold, simple artwork works best. Leave the background transparent — only the shapes in your artwork are reproduced.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because every personalized item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Your happiness still matters, though — if anything's wrong with your order (a defect, a misprint, damage in transit, or a package that never arrives), reach out within 7 business days of delivery and we'll make it right, in most cases with a free replacement.
