Its back panels are 100% polyester mesh, and on the solid colours the front panels and bill are 100% cotton twill. The heather grey version uses a 65/35 polyester/cotton twill on the front instead. Every colour is structured with 5 panels and a 7-position adjustable snapback closure, in One size, which makes this structured trucker hat easy to order for a whole team. A few tips for the sharpest result: Bold colours and clean edges hold up best; very thin lines can drop out. A transparent background prints best — any white areas are left unprinted. Upload the highest-resolution PNG you have — 300 DPI or better gives the sharpest result. Keep important text and detail inside the safe area, away from the edges.
