The Insulated Letterman Jacket is a personalized letterman jacket that keeps the classic varsity shape and adds a quilted lining, a detachable hood and modern comfort.
The body is a 10.6-ounce wool-like blend of 94% polyester, 4% rayon and 2% spandex; sleeves and hood are 60/40 cotton and polyester. Inside is a polyester quilted lining with 2-ounce fill. A three-panel hood with matching drawcord detaches, rib knit trims the collar, cuffs and hem, and the front closes with snaps. There are front slash pockets, an interior pocket and a decoration access pocket.
Colours are black/ vintage heather and true navy/ vintage heather, in sizes XS to 4XL. Labels are moving from woven to tag-free, so an order may include both.
For a custom letterman jacket, your design goes on the left chest, right chest, left sleeve or right sleeve: initials on the chest, a year down the sleeve. Upload the art, and our team emails a proof that you approve before production.
