Custom family reunion t shirts carry the family name, the reunion year or a photo of the grandparents who started it all, printed on the front of each shirt.
Because reunions bring together toddlers' parents, teenagers and great-uncles, adult sizes run from S to 4XL, and the colours stretch wide: royal, red, military green, pink and athletic heather as well as black, white, navy and charcoal. Some families give each branch its own colour, so the Smith cousins wear royal and the Johnsons red, all with the same design.
The American Apparel 1301, branded in some cases as the Alstyle 1301, is a unisex cotton tee built for comfort and versatility. Solid colors are 100% cotton, while blends include Athletic Heather (90% cotton, 10% polyester), Charcoal Heather and Safety Green (50% cotton, 50% polyester), and Ash (99% cotton, 1% polyester).

Neck and shoulder tape
Twill tape covers the shoulder and neck seams to stabilize the back of the shirt and prevent stretching
Double-needle sleeve and bottom hems
Double stitching around the edges of the garment makes it long-lasting and durable
Ribbed collar
Allows the shirt to stretch as the head enters the t-shirt, afterwards the collar goes back to its original size, leaving a well-fitted tee
